Ragged Edge Racing may request personal information from you in order to complete a transaction. Your information will only be used to execute the immediate transaction, and will be provided to
other parties only as necessary to complete your transaction.
Ragged Edge Racing does not retain any credit card information and will not provide any of your personal information to third parties without your permission, unless compelled by law or court order to do so, and will not sell any personal information to third parties for purposes of marketing, advertising, or promotion.
ORDER AND DESPATCH All orders are accepted only when you receive e-mail confirmation to this effect including a shipping cost, but only on the condition that Ragged
Edge Racing may subsequently not be able to ship the items purchased or may decide on reasonable grounds not to do so. In that event any payments made will be refunded immediately.
Ragged Edge Racing reserves the right to delay or refuse any order on the grounds that it requires further information to enable it to evaluate or process the order, in which case you will be asked for such further information immediately by e-mail.
Due to the nature of our product no items are kept in stock, all items are made to order. You should allow a minimum 28 days for despatch, especially where items from other suppliers such as
plexiglass screens are part of the order.
Should a delay arise in the despatch of purchased item(s) to you for any reason, Ragged Edge Racing will inform you of the possible delay period by email, if you wish to cancel your order at this point you will receive a full refund of any monies paid for the item(s).
Up to the point of despatch, you have the right to cancel or modify your order. In the event of cancellation before despatch you will receive a complete refund of all monies paid.
Payment must be made in advance of the goods despatch and can be made by Paypal, Visa or Mastercard, cheque made out in sterling drawn on a UK bank, a direct bank transfer into the Ragged Edge Racing bank account or cash in any currency but at a rate previously agreed.
FITMENT Fitment and suitability of bodywork for a particular machine are the responsibility of the purchaser. Ragged Edge Racing accepts no responsibility for items
purchased in error, or found not to fit motorcycles fitted with aftermarket parts, or purchased for a motorcycle other than that which the item was intended to fit.
The purchaser takes responsibility for all fitment items, such as brackets and fasteners.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS Ragged Edge Racing despatch items worldwide, mainly with UPS, although we may use another premium service dependant upon your location and the size of the parcel.
Delivery costs will be added to the prices shown. These will be charged on an individual order basis with regards to the weight and or size of the item(s) ordered.
Ragged Edge Racing only use premium delivery services, therefore any lost items are the responsibility of the carrier. Any attempt by the customer to cancel payment for lost goods will result in
Ragged Edge Racing taking civil action to recover all costs incurred on the transaction.
On receipt of products purchased you will then be responsible for them. If you delay accepting delivery of these products the responsibility of Ragged Edge Racing ends when our carrier had first attempted to make delivery to you.
Under EU regulations, customers may return any goods within a period of 7 days from the date of despatch without giving any reason. Goods must be received by Ragged Edge Racing within 14 days from the initial date of despatch by Ragged Edge Racing. If the goods are returned undamaged within this period at the customers expense, then the customer will receive a full refund for the cost of the goods, but the initial carriage charges will be deducted from any refund.
If products are received in a damaged condition you must advise Ragged Edge Racing within 7 days with evidence of any damage to goods and packaging. If products are returned and are found to be undamaged and in full working order you will be charged any additional cost incurred by Ragged Edge Racing.
Goods made to the customer's personal specifications are not refundable unless the item can be sold to another customer. The original customer will be charged for any costs incurred by Ragged Edge Racing in the completion of such a transaction, and will be refunded within 7 days of the item being sold.
All returns are at the expense of the customer, however replacement items will be shipped free of charge.
